If you receive a DVD that is broken during shipping, we will cheerfully replace the damaged item upon return. Repack items in the original packaging and return within 30 days of receipt. Please include receipt. You are responsible for the cost of shipping and insuring any returned item. No COD returns will be accepted. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of the exchanged items. We want you to be delighted with our products and services.
